I have now compiled a playlist of songs that I like. Yup, there are enough to make up a playlist. The music is nice to gym to. (rule of thumb : if there is a beat, you can bench press to it) Seeing as that hits like “Vat my, Maak my Joune”, and “Lekker Lekker” basically only consist of kick and snare with big casio-driven choruses, they suffice.

One big problem that has made its appearance, is the extent to which the whole Kurt Darren – I just want to dance / Can i dance with you / I like you / Who are you / What is your name – theme has been implemented. There is absolutely no variation. (Yes, there are more serious songs, but they are bad.) I mean, where is all the sorrow? How ’bout some breakup songs? I really consider this a serious error in their marketing strategy. How do they cater for the listener who (and this happens so often) can only listen to Kurt? Where should he go when he can’t dance no more?

I can safely say that I am now experiencing the dip. I wonder if I will ever want to sokkie again after this week?

P.S. Stats aren’t everything. It seems corrupt anyways.
